AImpacto Hackathon 2026

This hackathon is designed as a learning-first alternative to traditional pitch-focused events. Participants will build real AI solutions while receiving practical guidance from AI researchers, startup founders, business coaches, and industry professionals.

Day 1 - Learn and define

• 14:00-14:30 Welcome and framing: learning over pitching.
• 15:00-15:45 AI foundations session.
• 16:00-17:00 Team formation around real problems.
• 17:10-17:35 Problem definition workshop.
• 17:35-18:00 Coffee break.
• 18:05-18:55 AI use case design.
• 19:00-19:45 Rotating mentorship session.
• 19:45-20:00 Connect with mentors and continue peer iteration.

Day 2 - Build and improve

• 09:00-09:30 Recap and goals.
• 09:30-12:00 Hands-on build session.
• 12:00-13:00 Mentorship session.
• 13:00-14:00 Lunch break.
• 14:00-15:30 Validation and business model.
• 15:30-16:30 Final feedback loop.
• 16:30-17:30 Final iteration.
• 17:30-19:30 Final presentations.
• 19:30-20:00 Award ceremony.

The structure can be adapted to a one-day or two-day format depending on venue and partner availability.
