Ella, Inc. Entrepreneurship & Leadership Workshop for Young Women 2026-2027
ActiveThis project consists of hosting the Ella, Inc. (Entrepreneurial Ladies Leading with Action) Program in Madrid, an international initiative of the Casimiro Global Foundation established in 2000. Ella, Inc. is designed to empower young women aged 15–18 to develop entrepreneurial projects that address social challenges within their communities. The program centers on a 2.5-day in-person intensive workshop focused on leadership development, innovation, and business modeling for social impact. It culminates in a pitch competition in which the three top participants are awarded full scholarships (valued at $2,700 each) to attend the Ella, Inc. Camp at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami in June 2027. The scholarship covers tuition, lodging, meals, and all camp activities, excluding airfare. Since 2022, Ella, Inc. has impacted more than 200 girls and is currently active in nine countries, including Mexico, the United States, Costa Rica, Honduras, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic.
Debate at Ateneo: “Artificial Intelligence, Dignity and Reality: What Does It Mean to Design the Future?
ActiveThis project consists of organizing a public debate forum at the Ateneo de Madrid in May–June 2026, dedicated to reflecting on the societal, ethical, and anthropological implications of Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with Nyakern Nexus Research Institute. The event is conceived as a civic and cultural gathering, consistent with the Ateneo’s tradition of humanist and critical inquiry. Rather than approaching AI as a purely technical or regulatory issue, the debate situates technological development within broader questions of intelligence, responsibility, and human dignity. Technological acceleration is not only transforming labor markets, governance, and economic systems. It is also reshaping our understanding of autonomy, agency, and the limits of technical systems. In this context, the event seeks to open a space for interdisciplinary reflection that does not reduce intelligence to computation nor reality to data.
Artificial Intelligence and Responsible Technology Masterclasses for Secondary Education
ActiveThis project consists of a series of free masterclasses on Artificial Intelligence and responsible technology use, designed for secondary school students in public schools and delivered by experienced professionals from the technology and innovation sector. The initiative aims to introduce Artificial Intelligence into the educational environment through a practical, pedagogical, and responsible approach. The objective is not merely to teach students how to use digital tools, but to help them understand what AI is, how it works at a conceptual level, and how it can be applied thoughtfully in academic and real-world contexts.
AI Entrepreneurship Bootcamp (AImpacto Rotaract x Tetuán Valley Accelerator)
ActiveThe AI Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is a high-intensity weekend program designed to equip university students with practical AI literacy and entrepreneurial decision-making skills. The program is co-organized by AImpacto Rotaract Madrid and Tetuán Valley Accelerator (Google for Startups). The core objective is to train students to responsibly apply Artificial Intelligence in real business and societal contexts, focusing on strategic decision-making rather than technical implementation. The target audience consists of university students without an advanced AI background but with a strong interest in startups, innovation, sustainability, policy, or business who wish to develop practical AI skills. The value proposition of the bootcamp is clear and outcome-oriented: “From zero to credible AI skills in one weekend."
